（余談）

実は人間は無意識のうちに自分で「あるべき自分の姿」を作り上げており，読む本からファッション，そして食べるものまで，改めて考えてみると「その姿」に合わせていることが少なくなく，そういう意味で言えば「いつもの自分ならこんなことはしないはず」という思いは気づいていない抑圧の裏返しなのかもしれません。
