この曲を聞きながら，アーティストのOliver Anthonyはドナルド・トランプの支持者のひとりなのかもしれないと思いました。彼の世界観は偏っていますが私のそれも同様です。世界をありのままに認知できる人はいませんしこれからも出てきません。
Listening to this song, I thought Oliver Anthony might be one of those who supported Donald Trump.  I find his world view is a bit biased and so is mine.  Nobody knows the world as it is and never will.

（余談）

確かに彼の言うように「もしお前がチビでデブでもお前の食ってるチョコ・クッキーのために税金あるんじゃないぜ」ですが，よく考えてみればそういった人間が（不正に）使っている税金の金額など「リッチモンドの北にいる金を持ってるヤツら」が，大手を振ってかすめ取っている額に比べれば「誤差」いや「誤差」とすら呼べないほど僅かでしょう。

無論だからといってそれが倫理的に許されるわけではありませんが，彼が怒りを向けるべき本当の敵は「デブのあいつら」ではなく「リッチモンドの北にいる金を持ってるヤツら」であり，先の大統領もその一人ではないかと思われます。
